Recently Peter became an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and  is fully versed with all tax efficient programs for wealth accumulation for businesses, nonprofits and individuals such as Profit Sharing plans, 401(k)'s, 403(b)'s, Defined Benefits, Simple IRA’s, SEP’s and annuities. Peter is a graduate of Empire State Labor College where he received his degree in Labor History. He is a Certified Peer Counselor for the New York City Central Labor Council and regularly volunteers his time to community service. He was also the coach of both of his daughter’s softball teams during their high school years. The combination of his peer counseling and coaching skills are utilized with his client interactions daily. His time as a counselor offered him an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the different things that have the potential to takeover one’s everyday thinking. The isolation and loneliness and being able to realize that it is okay to seek support is very reassuring and that people need to move forward in life and in financial planning. As a coach his interaction with these young women has taught him how to honor and respect their individuality while still getting them to focus on what they need to do to succeed. Every day we make choices to do or not do many things. Each choice we make has a consequence that makes our lives more or less fulfilling – more or less balanced. These life skills cannot be taught, they must be lived. Peter’s retirement training and counselor / coach experience helps him bring the humanist side to asset allocation. Peter lives in Syosset with his wife Anita and is the proud father of two daughter’s Paula who just graduated from SUNY Geneseo and Rachel who is studying at SUNY New Platz. Peter is the co-founder of Project S.A.F.E. and cohost of the PATV series by the same name.  He  serves on the Board of Directors of Long Island Caregivers Coalition and is the past Secretary of Temple Chavarim’s Executive Board in Plainview and Past Vice President of the Men’s Club where he is still involved.
